Account deletion

Delete your account and data.

RealSchool gives you an immediate in-app deletion option and a web request option if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open RealSchool and choose You.
  2. Open Account & privacy.
  3. Choose Delete my account.
  4. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

This removes the account immediately and returns the app to guest mode.

Request deletion from the web

Email us from the address connected to your RealSchool account. Put “Account deletion request” in the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

If the button does not open your email app, write to houston@iqmates.com. We will complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm when finished.

Data that is deleted

Your RealSchool profile, account identifiers held by RealSchool, learning progress, quiz activity, XP, levels, streaks, badges, community reactions, notifications and registered push tokens are deleted.

Data that may be retained

We may retain only limited records where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or resolving disputes. These records are not retained for continued product use. Data kept independently by Apple or Google is controlled through your account with those providers.

Guest users: Guest mode does not create a saved RealSchool account. Guest progress remains on that installation and can be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it.
