Learning data should work for you.
This policy explains what RealSchool collects, why we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, profile image and sign-in provider identifier when you use Google or Apple sign-in.
- Learning activity: cases opened or completed, quiz responses, progress, XP, levels, streaks, badges and subject mastery.
- Community activity: profile details you choose to show and reactions you make on the feed.
- Notifications: a device push token and notification preferences when you enable notifications.
You may explore as a guest. Guest progress is stored locally on that installation unless you sign in and save it to an account.
How we use information
We use this information to operate RealSchool, remember progress, personalise learning, calculate achievements, enable community features, send notifications you request, secure the service, troubleshoot problems and improve the product.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers—including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Expo/EAS for app services, and Apple or Google when you choose their sign-in services—to provide RealSchool. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and deletion
We retain account data while your account is active. You can delete your account immediately inside the app under You → Account & privacy → Delete my account. You can also submit a request on our account deletion page. Account deletion removes your profile, learning progress, XP, streaks, badges, reactions, notification records and push tokens. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention or law.
Your choices
You can disable push notifications in your device settings, use RealSchool in guest mode, sign out, or delete your account. To ask about or correct your data, contact us.
